Depends on the situation. Any one of beer (high quality or don't bother), tea, gin and tonic, or dry ginger ale. Yes, dry ginger, straight. Not as a mixer, on it's own.

Coffee. Long black first thing, cafe latte until noon then long machiatos till midnight. If I'm drinking coffee after midnight it'll be double shot short blacks.

I like beer, many kinds of beer, in warm weather a lager or a wheat beer, in cooler weather a ale, porter or stout.

I'm also partial to a sparkling shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, or pinot noir. I'm not too fond of whites but do quite like a Semillon.

Besides water, coffee with milk and sometimes sugar depending on how the coffee itself tastes. Sugar is the best way to mask terrible coffee.
