About a year ago, during black Friday, I got 3 brand new games for around 20 dollars ( spider-man 3, Farcry 2, and one other that I can't remember

Man, it felt good stickin' it to the Ubisoft man.

Soul Calibur 3 for 2 euros. I think they marked the price wrong. It was supposed to be 20.

Forza 3, preowned on the label(it wasn't still had the dlc token and was sealed) - 20 euro! This was 5 months after it came out! I found it for 35 preowned earlier, yet I got it for 20 new!

I work in a shopping centre and go to the game store 2 twice a week to check prices usually. Any time something hits a certain price for a limited time, sale or otherwise, I know about it and take advantage of it. I routinely buy 4/5 games at a time if the price is right.

I got Marvel vs. capcom 2 for roughly 10 bucks in the marketplace when before it was re-released it was going for 90 bucks plus on PS2 and Xbox.

But I guess anyone who purchased it from there got that steal too...

Alternately, STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl and Call of Pripyat for £7 for both, during a Steam sale at Halloween.

Assassin's Creed II Complete Edition for about 20 euros. The other store had the ordinary edition for about 59,95 euros, so I was kinda like "wut?". The same store too, just in a different town. I swear, these people pricing these games have got to be retards. The store that had AssCreed II for 59,95 (fairly reasonable) also sells Haze (that massive fail of a game few years back) for 74,95. What the hell!?
