Legend of Dragoon, Shadow of the Colossus, Oblivion and Fallout 3 to name a few. Pretty much anything I've spent LOTS of time playing. I've since replaced all of them though, so it's okay I guess.
Sometimes (not all the time sadly) toothpaste and a soft cloth work miracles on scratched disks. My copy of Silent Hill 2, it took a trip to a friend of mine and when it came back... well lets just say it wasn't the same anymore.
