good topic, this.
well i've got three. so here's why they're individually awesome
the first one is eighteen years old and it shows. she doesn't move around much and you have to be quite gentle with her. But she's still quite healthy, still eating and still willing to sit outside with you if you take her out. she's awesome because she's been with us for so long and she defines the word "lovely".
the second is my cat. she's about 10 now. she's a bit overweight, and a total fraidy cat. she spends most of her time in one of three places: on my dad's bed (that's her "morning" spot, on top of a closed semi-filled box underneath the kitchen table that has now been squashed so much by her immense weight that the only way you can see her is to kick the box and see her little ears prick up, and squeezed into the same tiny, one-cat basket as the old cat. she's awesome because she's an idiot, and she's hilarious. my brother weight-lifts with her, and he'll also take her outside as far away from our front door as he can, just to watch her running back towards the house as fast as her little legs can carry her.
our third cat is a cream burmese. he's about 9, and he's the smallest of the cats and the only boy. he's the only cat that will visit you in the morning, so you'll wake up to find him sitting at the foot of your bed, or possibly nestled under the covers. he also has moods. sometimes he's incredibly affectionate, sometimes he's tame (normally when he's asleep or has just woken up), and other times he's a right bastard, running from place to place and bothering the other two. he's awesome because he is so affectionate, and he's the go-to cat when we (my brother and i) are trying to bother our other brother.
