Your "catch phrase"

I may be going out on a limb here but I'm going to assume everyone speaks. And with speaking comes alot of words, some of which are repeated by a person more then others, to the point where a person can be associated with a specific phrase. So I'm asking the good (mostly) people here at the escapist if they have a particular "catch phrase" which they use often.

In my case I have two: "Go for Gold Kid" for when someone suggests something, and "10 points" Whenever someone either messes up or succeeds at something.

I say 'Mega' a hella lot. Oh, and I say hella a lot too.

I've noticed that a lot of the time, when I don't really feel like telling a whole story, I just say "And, well, hilarity ensued..."

I tend to say that a lot.
