Hey everyone, I've just signed up and this is my VERY FIRST COMMENT!! (I'm also a little excited as i've seen this site for a long time but never thought of joining). Anyways, I'm from Malta , and I think one of our best inventions was the submarine airlock. It had a flaw in it somewhere so the inventor was never remembered, but the design was taken by soneone else and fixed. If this doesn't really count, then our cuisine of 'hobz biz-zejt' (bread with oil) and 'pastizzi' (cheesecakes) might! (google them if you have no idea what I'm on about, or even come here to try them!) btw, sorry for the long post, always felt patriotic about my country!
