I actually beat the Epilogue in Call of Duty 4 on Veteran. With ten seconds left on the clock.

I got vanilla crazy cake on the day I first played portal (technically I guess it was the next day, since as I was doing the advanced maps, the clock rolled over to midnight).
I beat the Morrowind main quests, and most of the sidequests, without ever using a guide or FAQ, which I didn't think was all that much of an accomplishment until I found out that other people had trouble navigating the landscape.

sniper elite. 251yard slow-motion no-scope that hit an enemy's grenade belt, and blew him off the building he was on.
Um, playing HQ on COD4,strike map, using M16, red dot, 3x frag, sonic boom, martyrdom. Game starts, I kill three enemy players with headshots, and grenade the HQ taking out one. Hide in the HQ, i grenade two more, and capture the HQ with my mate. we hold it for 10 seconds, and realise we are the only ones left, cos the rest of our team didn't grasp the concept of the game. My partner makes a break for cover, i call in my airstrike on my own head, kill two more with bullets, suicide with the airstrike, which wipes out the other team entirely, and then i martyrdom 2 more. My mate is laughing his ass off, cos i'm on a ridiculous k/d ratio of 15 to 1. respawn, call in my heli, and the other team spend the rest of the game trying to kill me. We win 250-nil, and i still ended up with a ratio of +12. That was sweet.the whole other team called me many rude names and left, lol
warhawk, unscoped shooting down a warhawk with the sniper rifle. blind luck. Also, shooting someone who jumped out of his hawk before it blew up as he was falling out of the sky.

On behalf of my best friend in command and conquer three- one shot with the scrin mothership's chain reaction cannon on their defenses in the middle of the map took out an entire player's base. From the middle of the map to the bottom of it.
Mine is less impressive, onimusha 4 demon realm on hard difficulty, chain criticals to clear out every floor except the ones with those bastard birds.

I remember when I played Starcraft. We were in a 3 vs 3 match. There was that one player that twarted each of our attacks. But then, I saw it. An opening in his base, his main base. I lauched a huge offensive on the front to distract him and I send a small team of ghost in his back... A few minutes later 3/4 of his base was gone. He had an offensive holding my 2 allies. Once his base was crushed, we attacked his allies and they were dead in 10 minutes.
I remember playing Halo 2 (live). I had this kid that was in the lead, he said if someone managed to kill him easily, he would leave the game. He was really good with the sniper. I managed to escape him and my friend took his shield down. He went for cover, I was there with a little pistol. I killed him one shot. I was so happy, I didnt even heard his voice again.

I'm spec ops because...well i love C4 and carbines.
So im putzing about the flag near construction site (64 player size) and a T90 comes rolling up the alley, he tries to cap the flag, but I'm not having any of his shit.
I wait for him to be distracted with possible spawning AT troops and i jump on top of the tank and start dropping C4 packs, i get two off before he notices. I jump off and go sprinting down the street.
I try to go down an alley to get away from the fucking thing but MEC are pouring in from surveillance outpost, so im basically stuck going down the main road with an MBT staring me down. I say "fuck it" and decided to go out with a bang.
I detonate my C4, and just as i blew the tank the Mi-28 came flying low in the valley to get away from the AA at hotel presumably. Low enough that the blast from the C4 caught him.
So a tank with two people blows up, a chopper with two people blows up, the wreckage from the chopper lands and rolls over 3 guys running into the street and the wreckage blows up the medics trying to revive them.
I was left standing there with dead bodies and broken vehicles while every player in the server paused to see

Winning a 4 on 1 tf2 dustbowl match.
They said dont do anything they were going for the achievents there were 3 enigineers and a pyro.

The One Free Bullet and Little Rocket Man Achievements are the best I can come up with at the moment.
Oh, and completing all but the secret stage on Secret Agent in Goldeneye 007.

My entire team in Gears of War was bitching at me because they thought I sucked. so while they were complaining on their headsets I swept the entire match and got all 4 kills. They all left the match afterward.
Play on Dm_duel_v2.It's a map composed by a "gladiator arena" in the middle, and four bases (one each side). Playing as a a sniper I got headshot after headshot, after 15 minutes the entire other team was ONLY spies and snipers, got about 20 HS and 10 regular kills.
I had a lucky shot once too, on CS there's a scout map full of boxes, ladders on the sides and toxic waste in the middle. The map is huge and the perfect sniper map. First thing to do was to shoot away some of the enemy's boxes (a full-fledged CS-veteran against me, 12 at the time and no experience whatsoever), first box I hit resulted in a headshot and killed him.
"That bastard! He golds!"
I had a lucky shot once too, on CS there's a scout map full of boxes, ladders on the sides and toxic waste in the middle. The map is huge and the perfect sniper map. First thing to do was to shoot away some of the enemy's boxes (a full-fledged CS-veteran against me, 12 at the time and no experience whatsoever), first box I hit resulted in a headshot and killed him.

This may not seem entirely epic to some of you, but in that level with the snow in the original Halo I had a moment which at the time was completely awesome.
MY ally is dead and I am frantically attempting to find a place to hide long enough for him to fall out of the sky next to me when I see a banshee gunning for me, i shoot it with a rocket, though not really expecting much since my aim is god awful.
By some twist of fate, the rocket miraculously hits. The banshee goes down and crashes into the OTHER banshee that was flying around, destroying it.
As if this weren't rediculous enough the two fiery banshees land on top a wraith, destroying that as well. Me and my brother stared at the screen in awe at what just happened.
However, before I could even pretend I had done that on purpose a ghost ran me over.
Good game.
