What OS are you using? Is it OSX or something else?
It's windows, although it's completely customized to be like OSX. The log in Screen says Mac OSX, the sounds, animations, mouse pointers, icons, rainbow wheel and dock.
All my default icons are those from OSX Snow Leapord and Lion.
I really enjoy using it like this, and it's somewhat of a deterrant to other people to try and use my system when I step away from from.
The Dock icons are as follows: Finder ( My computer ), Settings ( Control Panel ), Firefox, iTunes ( Winamp ), MS Word, MS Powerpoint, Videos ( Opens movies folder ), Pictures ( opens picture folder ), Dock Settings ( Opens the dock's settings, I couldn't find a nice OSX rounded square one ), Terminal ( opens cmd prompt ), Recycle bin

Hey how did you get your top bar to look like that?
To get it uptop right click and un tick the "lock task bar" then simply drag it up to the top of the monitor.
To change the windows start Orb you need a little program called "Windows 7 Start Orb Changer", along with the little image to want to change it too.
That little program will do all the detailed work for you, so you don't have to change windows files directly which make crash the system if you make a few too many mistakes.
