OT: My goal (dont laugh) is to venture through 49 of the 50 states...by foot. No other means of transport

I just bought an ancient treadmill at a garage sale for $3. My goal is to use it till it breaks.
I don't think I ever have 1 goal on the run I always have a few, but here are some current shorter and longer term goals:
Immediate goals: Get a job for the summer, work on digital painting
Short-term goals: Organize an art show and sell some work, watch every Jackie Chan film, win or at least get runner up in Creature of the Week
Semi-long-term goals: Graduate university with a GPA higher than 3.4. Get actually valuable work experience (internships etc). Develop a decent portfolio to apply for art internships at gaming companies or at least good enough to apply for concept art school.
Long-term goals: Save enough money to travel to south-east Asia and live there for at least half a year doing art and wandering. Go top concept art school and hopefully a decent job as a concept artist or work as a freelance concept artist. Base jump.
