I'd like to go down with the last part of this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dVfBJG5_7DY[/youtube]
from 2:43 to end.
I find it comforting and relaxing
and maybe it's wierd saying in this topic, but I fell asleep to this song a few times (that's how relaxing I find it).

Because I'm sure that if I die in any means other than old age, it will be both accidentally self-inflicted and hilarious. Possibly involving a zany chase scene.

This song is pretty much perfect.

It's a beautiful piece of composition and I just love the sense of epicness and finality to it.

I'm sure most people on here have played the Mass Effect series but if not, then I urge you to at least listen to the soundtrack!

Completely agree. It's fucking awesome, as I've found most of the things about the Mass Effect series to be.

But I have to add my own choice too, so that'd be it. I never thought about this song that way before seeing it on House MD, but after that I immediately thought it'd be an awesome funeral song.

Fade to Black - Apocalypica version.

It would have to be a semi-dramatic type scene, but awesome tune to die to, reminds me of a funeral dirge.

Must. Leave. Forum. Desire to listen to every song rising. Must escape before it get to two o'clock in the morning.

My own choice? Its the end of the world as we know it by REM. Appropriate, no?

I'd like to die as peacefully and happily as possible. With that, I'd have to go with Dearly Beloved from Kingdom Hearts. Either the one from KHII, Reprise, or from 358/2 Days. I think the title itself is a nice touch. I'd rather have a gentle, melancholy death.

I'm on my phone so I can't add the videos.

It would definitely depend on how I died. If there's torture I'd like "Stuck in The Middle With You" to play as an homage to Reservoir Dogs.
Spoilers(don't watch after the music stops the second time if you haven't seen the movie):
If I was bleeding out slowly, with a friend tragically grasping me, I'd have "Johnny" by the Violent Femmes playing.
If I was dying normally/drugs I'd go with "When The Music's Over" by The Doors.
Die in girlfriend's arms:

Die defending Earth from aliens:

Wrongly executed:
This one would mostly be playing while they are walking/strapping me to the chair.

Misc:
If anyone knows why there are Jawa's in this video please tell me

Edit: "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" is also good for many occasions

I have thought of a pretty awesome and completely unrealistic death for myself.

My awesomeness will eventually reach a point where my body cannot contain it any longer. This music will start playing and everyone in the world will hear it in all it's glory. It will signal the end of the universe as we know it. It will start with all nearby matter being sucked towards me. Then it will all explode outwards, engulfing the entire universe. Then, while the song goes to it's first more quiet section there will just be nothingness that is slowly making its way back to a central point in the void. The next loud part is the matter all exploding outwards again creating a new universe. The final calm part is the new universe that has been created.

Don't worry, I don't actually want this to happen but it'd be a pretty awesome way to go out.

If I'm on my death bed, I'm not going quietly. I'm going to have a wall of Marshall stacks all blasting
I plan to go deaf as I die.

I would die happy if I died listening to this and I would be listening to this, it would fade from coming from the scene to playing over it.

Well it depends on your view on the afterlife and it's STRICTLY a pre-death scene song but you could potentially view

as somewhat poignant.
