I can also have 4-5 different dragons guarding. one of which holds an ankh staff and what i am guessing must be a spellbook, and is nearly as large as the pyramid he is perched on.

My "desk" is technically a couple boxes, a laptop stand, and a broken sewing table loosely arranged to form a desk, so I'll give the status of what's currently defending that place, where the computer, PS2, PS3, and Xbox live.

For the computer, I have two defense teams:

The Spartan Team from Halo Wars
A Spartan couple whose mantra is "Love Conquers All"

On the platform where the Playstations are, I have:

Noble Team
Nathan Drake
Caboose from Red vs Blue
The Terminator (T800 endo)

And finally, where the Xbox is housed, as is my TV:

Master Chief and The Arbiter
Clank from Ratchet & Clank
An assortment of vehicles from Tron (5 lightcycles, 1 light runner, 1 light jet, 1 recognizer)
The A-Team Van Hotwheels model

The backup that I have for these teams isn't too shoddy either. Gunships, TIE fighters, an AT-AT, Clone Troopers, more Spartans, a Warthog, a very angry looking Marcus Fenix, Grayson Hunt, Liquid Snake, Psycho Mantis, Vulcan Raven, Jak and Daxter, a bottle of Leninade, and more. Most of it came from (un)wisely spending birthday and Christmas money and other random shit from when I was younger. Still though. Talk about a bloated defense budget. I do believe I made the wise decision to redirect incoming finances to the transportation budget. These things will need to move when I do, and my car is in no shape to do something like that.

Edit: Cap wants me to buy a toyota. For fuck's sake Cap, I don't want a toyota! I think that most of their models have some pretty terrible styling, even if they get good gas mileage! And stop telling me to buy shit I don't want! If you tell me to buy some lemons I'll burn your house down with them! On that note, the first one that wasn't an ad said "winning". Is Captcha Charlie Sheen? Certainly seems to be crazy enough to be him.

It was for sale along with some other similarly preserved bugs (mostly scorpions, beetles, and cicadas) at a souvenir stand at a fair I went to recently. It was only $4 and I love spiders, so here it sits now, guarding my desk like a champ.

on my desk? or rather, the low dresser i use for my desk, is my laptop and 360.
Near it however....swords. i have a set(tanto,kodachi,katana), tensa zangetsu from bleach, full length, a shorter white(hollow) version of it, a sword hidden within a well crafted wooden sheathe, and a reverse bladed sword from rurouni kenshin. all within arms reach. i'm pretty well defended.
