A game where you take control of various people on a starship. The Captain gives orders, the navigators pilot the ship, fighter pilots make straffing runs, gunners do what they can to shoot them down, engineers diver power to where it is needed and do damage control, and marines attempt to board the enemy ship and sabotage it/defend it. Also make the ship like the fallout 3 damage system where sections can be damaged and hamper their abilities. It would be a good team based game.
Sounds like you need to play Artemis [http://www.artemis.eochu.com/] my friend. Not tried it myself so don't ask me what it's like.

I feel like it was mentioned but a 3rd person, single-player, free roaming, sandbox Pokemon game. Build a character, select a starter and, set out on your adventure. The Wii-U could do it I'm sure and the game-pad could display 'classic vision' mode or something that would look like any of the handheld games. Enter a battle that (on the TV) looks/plays like Stadium whereas the gamepad would look like any of the traditional games battle scenes.

Duke Nukem 4-Ever (as it was back in the mid/early 2000's) + the ability to kill things with poop.

Naughty Bear was close to a game I wanted: replace Naughty Bear with either an established movie murderer or, a new one. Give the game an M rating and all of the blood, tits and, violence associated with said rating and...no better yet, have each level based off of a horror movie. I'm thinking something like Manhunt with Hitman's huge, open-ended levels where you play as a serial killer stalking and, murdering people. As you murder people, the other people will either freak out or go completely insane. The goal is to save your main target for last but if you wait too long your main target could either find the other corpses and run away or, find the corpses and attempt to kill themselves. If your target succeeds in killing them self then you lose that level and have to start over. I would want this to be a huge thing though where you can chose to kill some people or 'kidnap' them, leaving them bound up as a sort of baited trap.

On that note; it would be nice to play a bondage game that isn't flash based...look, I'm a hobbyist more than a fetishist so stop staring at me like that. Honestly it would be nice to play one in general...I'm having trouble coming across any at all...

I want a Warhammer 40K game that plays like Mass Effect. You would play as an Inquisitor who could be either Puritan or Radical(Think Paragon/Renegade) Or maybe even go full Chaos, that'd be interesting.

But to be honest, this might actually get made if more people cared about 40K.
It would probably be better in a more KOTOR 2 style game, but keeping the seperate sliders from mass effect.
Also it should have the difficulty of dark souls to make it universe accurate.
I disagree, with all the weaponry from Warhammer 40K shooting mechanics are a must, not to mention the Biotics system from Mass Effect would be pretty great for psykers with a few tweaks.

The best game ever that will never get released is Star Wars: Battlefront 3. It must be that George Lucas is already getting more than enough money for re-releasing the movies in 3D, so the concept of a best-selling game scared him so bad he ran and hid under the bed. But anyway yes Battlefront 3 would be the most amazing game ever if it was ever released. Oh that and if Bioware and Bethesda could co-operate and make an Elder Scrolls game. Bethesda would do the environments and build the lands and characters, while Bioware would do the story, the voice acting and the character stories. That would be the greatest RPG ever.

To answer your statement Vizanto, there was Godfather 1 & 2 the games which did 90% of the things you mentioned there. You were lieutenant in the Corleone family and you could recruit a mob, go with it and shake business owners for money, take over gang turfs. Send men to defend those turfs and you could join in and help them. All this while being open world sand box game like GTA.

Fallout: New Vegas already exists, it's just too broken to actually play. So just a working version of that, I suppose. A Skyrim-style cel-shaded open-world action RPG based on the Mouseguard comics would probably come second.

Genre:
- An RPG with many RTS elements

Gameplay:
- A large world map with many cities
- Cities are fully explorable, and functioning. With a crime system (effected by the economy), a political system, local and global economies (crime rates will effect this), jobs/tasks from locals of any of the 7 social castes (paupers, peasants, merchants, guards, soldiers, nobles, and lords), and the ability to set up a house or shop which aren't prefabs.
- Start as a peasant and earn your way to Emperor/Pope/King
- The ability to start your own faction with custom religions, specialties, and resources. (somewhat like the FO:3 mod, Wastland Settler, by arcoolka) .
- No predefined difficulty level, difficult will be determined by the stability of the surrounding regions (levels of difficult will fluctuate depending on your desicions as well as the AI).
- 1st person large scale battles with the tactical aspects of the Total War franchise.
- City management similar to older RTS games like AoE 1 and 2, Empire Earth, Age of Mythology, Empires: Dawn of the Modern World
- Technological advancements including the water wheel, wind mills, crossbows, tribuchets, and irrigation.
- A skill system which progresses depending on what decisions you make. (for realism)
- The ability to marry and have children. (As a peasant the more children means more people working your farmland which allows you to gain more profit)
- If you die your save will be deleted unless you have children/heirs to the throne. (You will then take control of your eldest male child)
- The ability to sell your children as slaves or wives to wealth lords

This is all i can think of fore right now ill add more when i think of it

A SimCity like game where you progress through development as you would in Civilization in a very large world map. And randomly through out the game, your city is put through a verity of disasters and how much damage is done is dependent on how well prepared you are. Like say for ancient times, some barbarians come marching through, and sense you kept your citizen healthy and orderly, they are fended off easily.

Or lets say there is a drought, if your people are discontent already and disorderly, be prepared to fight off a coup!

A proper sequel to Banjo-Tooie. If this doesn't get made I won't be surprised because the people at Rare these days seem to be too concerned with Kinect games to make an actually good game.

A remastered release of the Descent series
A remastered re-release of Age of Empires 2

Descent was a great series of games and they helped define my childhood gaming experience. Same with AoE2.

A Warhammer 40k action game that gives a greater sense of the universe in which the series takes place. Something like Dawn of War, but played as an action game. I mean, you never really fight tyranids in Space Marine, and the Eldar aren't even mentioned, nor the Tau. Hell, I think I'd settle for Warhammer 40k: Battlefront. <.<

That pokemon game that everyone wants :(
Its like Game Freak have an aversion to money or something; if they made a 3d open world Pokemon RPG it would be a great hit. That or a Pokemon MMO. Then again, so far they seem incapable of making anything except 2d handheld games, so maybe they don't have the expertise or something.
Ah yes, the legendary Pokemon MMO. So much potential. I would buy a Wii U just for the game if it ever came out. Sadly CAPTCH says other wise, no way (serously, captcha is "no way")

One game that I would love to see is a realistic game set in Feudal Japan where you can be a ninja. A game something like Assassins Creed style could work.

I want DayZ with masses of slow zombies, not so harsh gameplay, and a base building mechanic.

Bases. With machine gun turrets. And hookers. And hooker turrets.

An open world Warhammer 40K Imperial Guard game, playing mainly like a survival horror. You are a single imperial guardsman alone on the front lines of a vicious warzone, and have to make your way to a HQ a huge distance away to get airlifted, crossing randomly generated battles between allies/enemies, all of which could gut you in a second if you catch their attention.

The journey would take several days, and be completely unscripted, allowing virtually all the coding being focused on creating a 100% natural and logical interactions between all the random units on the battlefield.
Each unit would have a dozen variations of weapons, colour scheme, numbers, fighting ability etc. so that you'd always get a completely different experience.

Just imagine flitting from cover to cover as an emperor titan towers overhead, shaking the earth and knocking you over with every step, or trying to run away from a brigade of Ork troops, charging your position. Taking cover from a Tau artillery barrage that rips up the fully destructible terrain, or tagging along underneath a Leman Russ tank as it happens to be going in the same direction as you, staying near it from protection. Seeing a Space Marine squad launch into the fry and decimate everything near them, before charging off at too high a pace to follow leaving devastation.

It's not even that far-fetched, when you think of what Skyrim can achieve as regards the size of an open world with no loading screens, and the scale of madness some of its mods are able to achieve by creating randomly generated battles in the world, Now reskin the models and units to be 40k related, strip away virtually all quests, dungeons, cities, skills, crafting, armour, items, and use those extra resources to increase and improve the random generation system and uniqueness of units.

That would be ace.

A fantasy game

-Take the combat from Dark Souls
-Take the character creation from Sims (with the addition of adjustable height)
-Take the in game character modification from Fable 2/3 (scars for being defeated, what you eat can change your physique/appearance, what types of weapons you use can change your physique)
-Take the open world scale of Skyrim (Not necessarily the snowy peaks and tundra valley but just the open ended scale of it)
-Take a factions system of an MMO that represents kingdoms made from both NPCs and players. Maybe like an EVE online or Guild Wars thing (I haven't played either game)
-Not sure about a story. Have places in the game where players can kill stuff and level. Have kingdoms send out massive armies and let players fight with them out in the actual world. Not like the faction stuff in WoW.
-???
-Profit
