I dont have a "dream girl" on a physical level. As long as she´s somewhat attractve, fine! Mentally i like a girl with a sense of humour, who´s outgoing but who can also stay home with me and watch a movie and play a boardgame or videogame(among other things, heh). She must be a bit nerdy to tolerate my passion for sci-fi, videogames and comic books. I got my girlfriend to read a few comics (Y the last man and The Walking Dead are among her favourites) and she was already into the same stuff as i am, , so i´m going to say that i´m dating my dream girl. :)

A girl who is smart, funny, nerdy, attractive, and knows how to not take life seriously.

*in disguise* Uh...how about a girl who's got a brain...who always speaks her mind?
I see what you did there. =o
*Ahem* Nah!

In all seriousness, obligatory 'My current girlfriend'. I'm not just saying that, she fit my criteria from the moment I met her. Extremely intelligent, witty, a little on the cynical side, somebody who's on equal footing with me in the relationship. That'd all be fine alone to make me happy to be with her, but she happens to be absolutely gorgeous as well. Plus we share a good number of interests, to the point that we haven't run out of things to talk about in the year and a half that we've known each other. So... looks, brains, and wit. Exactly what I look for in a significant other, and I found someone who fits all the criteria.
Brains and wit, eh? So, your manly ways and turns of phrase are sure to thrill her?

You think you're such a lady killer... *hurr*

*still in disguise* Well, like you, I've a girl back home who's unlike any other.
*Whispers off to the side* Yeah, the only girl who'd love him is his mother. >D
But when we come home in victory, they'll line up at the door~
What do we want?

A girl worth fighting for!

Is happy at how many people seem to be giving descriptions that fit my girlfriend.

Basicly my perfect girl would be if my girlfriend lived about half an hour closer, because public transport is a pain in the arse.

I couldn't care less what she wears
Or what she looks like...

It all depends on what she cooks like beef! Pork! Chicken!

MMM!
Bet the local girls thought you were quite the charmer.

Shorter than me (not difficult as I'm 5' 10"), into at least ONE of the games I play regularly, sexually open and insatiable (because I am too), not afraid of physical contact in large quantities (touchy feely), must be open to PDAs (displays, not data assistants), a sense of humor bordering on subculture nerdy humor, loves good food (because I cook regularly), interested in high-class/society activities such as the ballet and orchestral concerts... but must also enjoy rock concerts.

Must understand how I communicate (directly) and not be afraid of hearing the truth when a question is asked. Must not lie to me about anything... especially little white lies. Must be open to the idea that mawigge (sic) is kind of an archaic idea and one I won't commit to without LOTS of convincing and a prenuptial agreement. Must enjoy "The Princess Bride," "The Last Samurai," "Star Trek," "Star Wars," and the entire genre of anime we call "Mecha gunslap missile battle X-million."

Hygienic, organized, and well-read are a must. Clingy, but not smothering or overbearing, is good.

He'd be...maybe 6'1"-6'3", beefy and muscular, chisled rugged jaw, kind hearted, funny, an open mind, have most of my interests, quiet, dark hair with blue eyes, short hair (not too short), well dressed, moderately intelligent, thoughtful, strong, moderately hairy, and romantic. Yeah, that would be my dream guy...now, time to go dream :D

Same age, funny, intelligent but not so that he tries to engage me in political debate every 5 seconds, not blonde, doesn't freak out at me when I put his stuff in jello.

I'll describe my perfect girl, but bear in mind that there is no way I would hold a girl to these standards in real life. As long as the physical and mental attraction is there, just a few of these qualities is good enough for me. And the physical qualities are, again, my ideal girl, but are by no means compulsory.

- Long or mid-length hair
- Redhead or brunette, or black hair
- Cute face, not specifically hot though
- Short, or if tall then only as tall as me (just under 6')
- Slim, or attractively curvy
- Quirky and eccentric
- Weird sense of humour
- Smart and intelligent, and thus able to hold a decent meaningful conversation
- Open-minded
- Into decent music, ideally indie-rock or indie-folk, or alternative rock
- At least tolerant of gaming and geek-culture, possibly indulges in it herself

And that's about it. Quite high standards, but since I specified I would only list my ideal qualities for a girl, it's not as if I expect to meet a girl who fits all of those anyway... :p
