The thing is I don't have value. We're in our senior year, and she'll be heading off to some prestigious college (like I said she's brilliant), while I'll be stuck at home (due to a meh GPA, thanks to laziness that borders on mental illness). Say things went perfect, and she left her boyfriend to be with me, and we were perfect for each other, what then? If she stayed home to be with me, I'd hate myself forever.

So, while being with her would make me happier than anything else in the world, it's better that I keep my mouth shut.

Let's see... she would be kind, creative, intelligent, witty, adventurous, and a little nerdy (but just a little.)

Also (and this is a deal-breaker,) I want her to have her own life. I want someone who cares about me, but I don't want her to base everything in her world around me. In a case like that, I'd feel like she was dependent. I want someone who's independent, and is with me not because she simply needs to have someone, but because she wants to be.
