Smart, brown eyes, dirty-blond or brunette, a cute face and a great personality. I kinda like the whole "preppy" look, but that's probably because my first girlfriend was the valedictorian... She should not be overly pretentious. It would actually be really awesome if we shared a love of poetry, especially Tennyson, or if she also liked video games. Don't care about breast size, but huge ones kinda creep me out. However, that's probably setting the bar too high...

I really don't have a dream girl. The girls around me everyday are good enough for me, but I really think of all girls that way.

I see what you did there. =o
*Ahem* Nah!

In all seriousness, obligatory 'My current girlfriend'. I'm not just saying that, she fit my criteria from the moment I met her. Extremely intelligent, witty, a little on the cynical side, somebody who's on equal footing with me in the relationship. That'd all be fine alone to make me happy to be with her, but she happens to be absolutely gorgeous as well. Plus we share a good number of interests, to the point that we haven't run out of things to talk about in the year and a half that we've known each other. So... looks, brains, and wit. Exactly what I look for in a significant other, and I found someone who fits all the criteria.
Brains and wit, eh? So, your manly ways and turns of phrase are sure to thrill her?

You think you're such a lady killer... *hurr*

*still in disguise* Well, like you, I've a girl back home who's unlike any other.
*Whispers off to the side* Yeah, the only girl who'd love him is his mother. >D
But when we come home in victory, they'll line up at the door~

Indeed. ;~;

Okay, any other song ideas along those lines?
I started a sing-a-long thread, but I can't seem to find it...

Let's see, devastation and Steven Colbert...

Mulan reference FTW.

OT: Anne Hathaway, but add...actually, don't change a thing. Anne Hathaway is my dream girl as is.

I believe you're looking for this pic:

OT: I already met my dream girl. She's smart, funny, nice, talented (sings and plays guitar), and she likes the Beatles.

Unfortunatly, she has a boyfriend (and I think it's quite the dick move to break up a relationship for personal gain), and I'm nowhere good enough for her.

I found it, and I shall join in momentarily. Was planning on watching Ramen Fighter Miki tonight and cleaning the house, but there are more pressing matters dammit!

And I get to cross dress as a rather gawjuss concubine to help beat them. Everybody wins. And there will be fireworks.

Little shorter or taller than me. Reasonably good looking. Not super duper fat, not super duper thin. Long black hair, winning smile. Always has something nice to say. Black hair. Don't care if its short or long. Open minded to new ideas. Has to get some of my jokes and at least 25% of my references. Cool with me being agnostic.

The more you tell yourself that you're not good enough for her the more you will continue to be "not good enough for her."

Start telling yourself that you have value, that you love her more than this other guy, that you will treat her better than this other guy, and that HE is not good enough for HER. What you tell yourself really DOES affect what you believe about your reality.

My dream girl

About my height, maybe a lil shorter, so between 5'8"-5'10". Brown hair that she wears in a messy ponytail(meaning not all of the hair is pulled back). Enjoys sketch comedy (such as SNL, Monty Python, Fry and Laurie) Leslie Nielsen(RIP) movies, classic rock, and embraces my nerdiness.

My dream girl is one who will keep her distance because I don't want to meet her. I've got things to do, and I don't need to be distracted by relationships.

A little taller than me, slender but not skinny, with beautiful eyes. I'm not particular about hair cut or color. Pretty, but not stunningly hot or model-hot. Heart shaped face with big, innocent eyes that can tell you "Everything will be alright" and "Don't worry, I'm here for you" in one look.

Smart, educated, cultured, well-traveled, eloquent, multilingual.

A little shy, but with a hint of that steel that shows a strong will. Sweet and nice and kind to complement me being bitter and angry and jaded. Wears long skirts that touch the ankles, and a bow in her hair, even though she's like 20 and not in kindergarten anymore. She doesn't have to be a gamer or even a nerd, but like I said, cultured.

Cooks, but just a little bit. Likes sitting on the couch and watching movies under the sheets, or feeding each other with our own recipes, or getting all dressed up to go to the theatre.

Yes, I'm an old romantic, but there we go.

The thing is I don't have value. We're in our senior year, and she'll be heading off to some prestigious college (like I said she's brilliant), while I'll be stuck at home (due to a meh GPA, thanks to laziness that borders on mental illness). I have this fear that I'll ruin her life if we did start dating.

Say things went perfect, and she left her boyfriend to be with me, and we were perfect for each other, what then? If she stayed home to be with me, I'd hate myself forever.

So, while being with her would make me happier than anything else in the world, it's better that I keep my mouth shut.

Let's see... she would be kind, creative, intelligent, witty, adventurous, and a little nerdy (but just a little.)

Also (and this is a deal-breaker,) I want her to have her own life. I want someone who cares about me, but I don't want her to base everything in her world around me. In a case like that, I'd feel like she was dependent. I want someone who's independent, and is with me not because she simply needs to have someone, but because she wants to be.

Either that, or Mae Whitman. ^_^
