Assassins Creed Limited Edition should have come with a fully functioning hidden dagger used in the game for stealth assassinations.

Any game, as long as I get to actually go to the developer's office and meet one of the lead designers who will take me to one of their computers, burn the game's .iso to a DVD-R, and hand it to me with a smiling, "here you go." Now THAT is a limited edition.
Also, on the way out, I stop by the art department where I get handed an arhival print of the game's box art.

I'd only need all cutscenes/key moments on DVD so I can watch them again, a very good comic book adaption, a guide with insight about the psychological aspects of the created characters/myths in the game (think Silent Hill), an artbook with stuff that I actually like, maybe a cool posed figurine...

Saren Arterius (although a bust would also be badass)

An ODST (preferably Dutch, the guy on the left)
Baldur in his trademark Champion armour
I should probably stop now, but I collect figurines and having these along with the rest of my collection would be awesome
