Nightmares and Daydream can be used too.
The Game can be as small or large as your hearts content.

Well it would be an action game where you have to escort your friend and Gandhi in a wheelbarrow across rolling plains.
This game will only make sense on acid.

Eh, it would take forever to describe, so I'll try to sum it up as best I can.

Basically, it was a zombie-RPG. I mean, one where you got to spec out your different characters weapons and stuff. Customization like Mass Effect 2, zombies similar to Resident Evil 5 (where they actually have decent health and a slight challenge on higher difficulties), and if you could play with your friends off/on line similar to WoW, where everybody uses their own custom character, with a gameplay style of Dragon Age: Origins or something along those lines. I had a dream like that two nights ago, right after me and three of my friends created a protocol for the zombie apocalypse. It was kinda funny, because my friends all died in my dream.

I always get lost in my dreams. Like, hopelessly lost, even as time is running out for me to get somewhere, which I think could make for a really freaky game experience. Imagine controlling a character FPS style, walking around in an everyday sort of room, going through a door, then turning around only to see a completely different room than the one you just left behind you!

Think about it. There would be almost no traditional way of navigating the area, and it would just feel like the world you're in is fucking with your mind, giving you no control over anything. Just like my dreams.

It would be a very unconventional game. I think it would work best as a survival horror game with an emphasis on puzzles and adventure game elements. Yeah, if I could make a game based on my dreams, it would be a very Freudian type of game, and it would be a hell of a mindscrew. I have very weird dreams.

A friend and i came up with this world of superheroes and stuff like that. I could make a few games from that. Think Spiderman Shattered Dimensions linear levels with a open world that leads you to the linear levels for the main game.

Its a puzzle game. You cant get on a pirate ship because your shoes are too square, and you have to figure out a way to resolve this.

Your hometown has been suffering from a disturbing trend of disappearances whenever the moon is full. All signs point to an abandoned schoolhouse, which you go to investigate...with the Simpsons. Turns out it's werewolves.

Think Condemned, but with supernatural elements and jarringly out-of-place comic relief.
