DeathSpank meets Overlord.
In the first mode, The mighty Dispenser of Justice and Hero to the Downtrodden, DeathSpank, will battle the forces of the evil and twisted Overlord (voiced by Christopher Walken).
In the second mode, (unlocked after completing DeathSpank's campaign) the player takes control of the Overlord (still voiced by Walken) as he commands his goblin minions to attack the outlying villages which begin to form a resistance against his rule, ending with a final confrontation between the Overlord and DeathSpank for the fate of the world.
[small]Yeah, I know the Overlord had no voice in the original game. Sue me, Walken could totally play up the camp.[/small]

Valve (for storytelling) and Bethesda (for sandboxy goodness that's still immersive, story-driven and fun to play).
Possibly BioWare for characterization and cause-and-effect, but I've become less sure after DA2.

(I guess the plot could be using Nanomachines to control B.O.W.s)

For this, I'm thinking a story-driven RPG similar to Kingdom Hearts. While I've said above that it would be likely that you would play as a Green Lantern, I really would rather have different levels were you play as different characters. Shepard for example, would play more like Frank Castle and I think Green Lantern (in space anyway) would play similarly to the Surfer. I also envision a game with a lot of romance options. If this was a game like Mass Effect or, Dragon Age where you select who you were in your respective universe then are flung into this one singular world inhabited by these people from others. Like, I'd like to play a game when I can be another human Lantern and end up falling in love with Liara from Mass Effect. Or playing as a female Krogan bounty hunter and getting all weak-kneed over Kilowogg.
I'd take a whole lot of major devs and throw them all together in a Smash Bros. style game. Since it's Smash Bros, I'd let Nintendo make it, but I'd throw in the following companies as well: Capcom, Konami, Sega, possibly Namco, and definitely Shanghai Alice. Then all we need is an adventure mode like the Subspace Emissary in Brawl and we'd be all set!
If anyone else likes my idea, feel free to flesh out the roster/adventure mode. I really can't be arsed doing that myself.
Edit: Hell, I'd be happy with just Nintendo/TSA. One ultimate showdown I'd love to see: The figurehead of gaming since 1985 vs. the indie girl that keeps on giving. Or in layman's terms, Mario vs. Reimu. Somebody please do this.
