The day I dueled Landon Ricketts... And won.
And there is also the time in BF:BC2 I came across 3 snipers all crouched behind a piece of wood on Arica Harbor. Needless to say, I walked away with 3 new dog tags.

Was playing through Halo: Reach's Legendary campaign with some friends. We got to "Tip of the Spear" and the time came to get on a Mongoose and just drive. Instead, I took one of the civilian trucks. Yes, it was slow and difficult to control, but it looked like Optimus Prime! I couldn't leave without it.
So I'm driving it, with my buddy in the passenger side. Through some miraculous twist of fate, we make it through the bit with the Scarab tank without dying. We get to the part where the bridge is out and you have to jump it. My friend gets out and hops a Mongoose, because he's sure Optimus won't be able to get up enough speed to make the jump.
I go for it anyway and just barely manage to clear the jump.
From that moment on, me and the truck were BFFs and I spent the rest of the mission trying to ram enemies with it. That's how I ended up getting a "Splatter" medal on "Tip of the Spear". Quite the feat, at least for me.

Unlocking all of the cheats in Goldeneye 007 on the N64, and getting all 69 stars in the spec ops section of CoD: MW2. I can't decide which is the better of the two.
Playing Modern Warfare 2 I stood on the other side of the map (Favela) and proceeded to throw a knife across the map and bounce it up off of the floor into my brother's testicles.
Playing a game of Gears of War against some dude who routinely kicks my ass in the game, and winning with sheer guile and trickery.
Basically, he'd play a sniper, and I'd pop out and place a few shots in his direction, rebase and repeat until he ran out of sniper rifle ammo. So he had to try and rush me with the Lancer. He was climbing a flight of stairs where I was taking cover behind this short wall at the top, and then one of those lucky "once in a lifetime" shots happened. I popped out to get a good look, and his head was right THERE, in my shotgun reticule at close range.
Trigger pulled, instant win. Most awesome win of the game, bar none.

remembering past moments I guess is hard as lets face it as gamers we always have nice moments from a triple kill owning some enemies in a tank on BFBC2 after they attempted to gun you down and you got em with C4. To pulling off a nice multikill with the mp5k on mw2 killing enemies that pop up from random sides and you have to turn to counter them

Two that I can remember in Left 4 Dead. Once on No Mercy in which a friend and I were doing an Expert run. In chapter 2, we move down to the subway before the Tank comes charging down a hallway after us. We had a tough time getting there, so both AIs were already suffering from a severe case of "death" and my friend is a terrible coward who immediately turned around and booked it all the way back to the safe room, slammed the door and crouched in a bathroom stall. So I'm trapped in close quarters with a Tank on Expert and a half full automatic shotgun. Best part being that I won, and I don't remember taking a hit either.
Second is more recent, on L4D2, some friends and I were playing The Sacrifice, but instead of ending the campaign(We were on Normal, by the by) we decided to hole up on the bridge and just count how many Tanks we could kill as the Finale reached it's climax. Final count: 15.
