Well, often I'll get bored of all my games, so I'll try to beat games that I've had for a while and didn't finish. In fact, just last night I beat Metal Gear Solid 2 after having it in my hours for well over two years.

But what I do if I get bored of those games? Team Fortress 2. Always. I'll just play a round of 2fort and then get addicted all over again.

Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri. No matter how burned out on my other games I get, that one's still always there for me.

GTA IV. Running over elderly folk in the streets and pissing off the cops in my Lamborghini-esque sports car is always great fun when I'm tired of everything else.

TF2 and Freelancer are my fallback games if I get bored with the other games in my library.

I may also start playing RTS games for a change of pace. It really depends on my mood.

Dragon Quest VIII, Final Fantasy VI, Pokemon in general and maybe Persona 3. As long as I'm not at the damned Emperor/Empress part.

Skate 2 is good. My guy's knees have got some cuts and fractures from skating all my days, cause when I'm skating with my friends my troubles drift away.

Oblivion.

But that's because every time I go back to it, there's some new and awesome mods that I can play.

For awhile it was City of Heroes, but I eventually burned out irrevocably.

Now? Hmm. I don't think I have one.

Actually, come to think of it, independent game development is my fallback game. Crappy one-man indy endeavors or not, even with my workshop largely littered with incomplete relics, nothing else really compares to rolling your own.

I don't....well not on my laptop. I would never have gotten bored of KOTOR, except that my game now lags.

Anywhosal. Do you have a game you can always fall back on?
Along the same vein, Baldur's Gate trilogy for me.

Sometimes Kotor 2/Planescape: Torment, but BG is always there for me.

Most of my DS games are Fallback games, or games for when i just wanna lay on my bed, and not deal with Idiots or people
