Another one I thought of would be a crossover between Doctor Who and Fringe. I'd just like to see how the Doctor would deal with those Observer guys who decided to inexplicably take over the world in the final season of Fringe.

I have a persistent fantasy about a Guilty Gear/Blazblue crossover fighting game, with tag-team style gameplay. And then imagining which characters would be paired up and why. So far I'm up to Potemkin/Tager (because they have a lot in common, personality-wise), Bridget/Carl (young blond male bounty hunters), and Chipp/Taokaka (because imagining Chipp going insane is very funny to me).

Black Lagoon vs. Cowboy Bebop. Problem is, the Bebop would kick the Lagoon Crew's ass in a space/water fight. On land...

Its an Idea I've had for a while but I've got little information about both settings and characters to see if it could work.

Green Arrow VS Judge Dredd
it was a really simple premise of a Green Arrow (one that fits within 2000AD, no dimension jumping or time travel) is killing Corrupt Judges which brings the two characters into conflict with each other (Dredd not knowing that the murdered judges were corrupt) but as they fight to a stand still the pair eventually team up and deal with a higher up corrupt judge in league with a large crime boss.

Would love to one day do it as a fan thing, when I have someone who will draw for free and I've read enough into both characters I can do them justice narrative-wise.
Ehh, I don't know. Judge Dredd is really overpowered, I have a couple batman/dredd crossovers where Dredd is shown to be able to beat Batman, and none of those were even using his Lawgiver. I feel like he would just shoot Green Arrow and that would be that. Or at least, you'd have to write a good reason for him not to, which conflicts with corrupt judge misunderstanding. He'd go right to kill on sight after that sort of thing.

OT: There have been a couple times I was watching American Horror Story, and I just went "Sam and Dean wouldn't put up with this shit" to myself. So, uh, that one.

Spice and Wolf in the Metro 2033 universe. Post-apocalyptic economics with a companion who may or may not be supernatural.
Has anyone did this already? I really want to read a well written version of this.

In both an anime and visual novel. I think that would kill some of the people here, with emotions of course.
It would certainly be my dream crossover.
"This just in, internet forum goer arrested for planning weapon of mass emotional destruction." I mean, Jesus Storm! Are you trying to make us all cry ourselves to death?

I don't really have any I would truly enjoy. Maybe mixing in Sword Art Online with Log Horizon would be cool. With SAO's protagonist's skills and Horizon's tactics they would tear up any MMO they got on.

For some reason I think Watch_Dogs and Infamous would be a cool mix. Technology meets super-humans. That would be awesome.

An Elder Scrolls game...

In Westeros...

Imagine fighting your way from town to town... avoiding raiders and Lannister guards, or hell, joining them! The factions would be the houses and eventually you help someone claim the throne!

I was thinking Supernatural and Buffy, create the world's sexiest demon-fighting team!

Earthbound + Fallout. Both are inspired by 50's era Americana. Both are RPGs. And just thinking what Eagleland would look like after a Nuke hit it gives me a nerdgasm.

El Santo, Joseph Joestar, The Ghost of Abraham Lincoln (plus Black Dynamite), and Jesus Christ in the most nerd-tastic vampire fighting adventure of all time. I am not joking.

My personal fan crossover would be a crossover between the Ace Attorney series, and the Assassin's Creed series. Imagine assassinations in the courtroom, or trials that are tied to the Assassin/Templar conflict. As a writer, I'm thinking of making it a reality.

I do a lot of crossovers myself when writing fanfiction because it gives me more tools to work with and puzzling together the lore of two universes with vastly different rules can be quite entertaining.
As a fanfiction writer myself, I completely agree that crossovers are extremely entertaining and fun to write.

For something not impossible and not related to anime!
I would mix Mass Effect and Halo, that would seem to be an interesting combination.
In my experience, Mass Effect/anything with FTL and non-kinetic weaponry just doesn't work. And Halo/anything is similarly difficult because everything in Halo scales differently than most.

OT: I'd like to see Men In Black crossed with the Lilo and Stitch series.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (particularly parts 1 and 2) and The Mummy/Scorpion King series.
Cthulhu Mythos, World of Darkness, and Madoka.
Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri and Metroid.

I can probably think of more, but that's all I'm putting for now.

Avatar: The Last Airbender and Mass Effect.

I have strong feelings about everyone's favourite child soldier, asari vanguard Zuko. Don't even get me started. Don't even. Seriously. I can sit down and tell you all about Commander Aang Shepard's wacky crew.

Did I mention that Iroh is here too? Because she is, even if Zuko isn't impressed by her totally sweet new hat for Ba Sing S- I MEAN the Citadel:

...truthfully, I just have a chronic problem with crossing over everything with Mass Effect. It's a problem. I'll get help for it someday. ...After I've finished this trilogy of Star Wars/Mass Effect crossover fanfics. And maybe some of the ATLA thing. Oh, and after I'm finished with the Ace Attorney crossover wherein Nick officially gives Commander "yeah I blew up that solar system" Shepard the worst client ever award. And then maybe - err... Okay, so I'm not going to stop, but crossovers are a heck of a lot of fun and I'll stop now before boring everyone to death.

For video games
Other than Street Fighter vs Mortal Kombat (there wouldn't have to be fatalities just xray supers) or a Marvel vs DC fighter. I'd have to say Dynasty warriors X Pokemon.
Not a strategy game like Pokemon Conquest. It'd be a hack and slash set in the past before the main pokemon games, the would have a load of new characters and each would be assigned a pokemon, to switch to Warriors Orochi style. Basic troops would have crappy unevolved pokemon with their units. It would have the usual story of a person or a group (in this case a leader or a nation basically Wei) trying to achieve a goal via exploiting pokemon's power. A group of other nations and leaders (Wu and Shu) would band their heroes and strategists together and defeat the bad guys. Nintendo would reveal a brand new legendary pokemon, which would make its debut in the game and then be obtainable in the generation 7 games. It would be an instant hit, the Wii U would make money and there would be more characters for the next smash game.
Or you know... you could assign pokemon to the existing Dynaty warriors characters and have it make less sense... but just make it happen Nintendo and Koei.

Which would mean supernatural is in the whedonverse, I dig it. Although my three favourite witches could overhear the Winchester brothers complain about witches, and how unsanitary they are, then the two parties try to vanquish each other.
