Modern Warfare 3, hardened, 4.5 hours - first & only time, died several times and got lost once, too. Piece of crap game series I never want to play again. I'm happy with CoD 1, 4 and Black Ops. Rest can burn in hell.

I beat Pokemon Gold, as in all badges and beat RED, in a little more then 34 hours...
...I think I might try to do it again on HeartGold...

New Super Mario Bros Wii, about 40 minutes, from cake to Bowser. I think that's about as fast I've done it.
Beat Ocarina of Time in about 10 hours.
I also took place in a FFT speed-run tournament. It was over a weekend at a friend's house, there were 6 of us and we each put $20 into the jackpot. The stipulations were that everyone started at the same and you had to complete every possible side-quest in the game (getting Beowulf, doing the Deep Dungeon, getting Cloud and his Materia Blade, etc). It was years ago but I think I ended up winning by beating it in 20 something hours. I started off behind since I chose to level/job grind a lot more than everyone else before getting to the Wiegraf fight at the end of Chapter 3. Everyone else got stuck there, two guys even had to load up a way earlier save and set themselves back quite a bit. In the end I ended up winning by one battle, I was fighting Altima while the next closest guy was fighting the last Zodiac monster.

I was going to mention finishing 'Modern Warfare 2' in 2 hours 35 mins. Then my rather competitive friend finished in 2 hours 33!
Tbf, there are a few missions in that game where you can just run past most of the enemies. I did the Favela mission in about 3 mins 20 by just running like hell and dropping a flash grenade every time i started getting swamped by enemies. I only killed about 4 in the whole mission!
Portal in around forty minutes, after I'd played through each test chamber numerous times. Mirror's Edge, I beat all the time trials, so someone add that up for me. Portal 2, maybe five hours.
ummmm, i guess it'd be Sims Busting out, i decided to play it, but my memory card was missing and or broken (remember them guys memory cards wow) i did it in about 8 hours.
also a in my opinion good fast run of Mass Effect 1, doing most of the side quests and talking to everyone without dialouge skipping, only took me 20hours, i was inpressed with my self

Well I unlocked all of the characters in Super Smash Bros. Melee with just under 11 hours of play time.

My friend and I did become obsessed with the speed trials at one point and would play until we had 3 stars (if I remember correctly, that was the grading system
)
Heh, speedruns ain't my thing, sometimes I stay in an area for a minute or two just to soak up the ambience (Half Life 2 and Portal 2 are good at this, along with Bioshock,Morrowind, Limbo...)
