Dan Green and Vic Mignogna are voice acting gods.

Dan Green because he's an American hearthrob and not to mention he played Yuugi Muto.

Vic Mignogna. Edward Elric, Tameki Suo, Kurz, Zero. His voicing line-up is phenomenal. I'm a slight Vic Mignogna fanboy.

James Arnold Taylor. Not for his Tidus work, but definitely as Ratchet.

And I know it's gonna sound fangirly, but David Gallagher as Riku. He makes me smile.

I'd say Corey Burton, Christopher Lee, Stephen Fry, Vincent Price and David Hayter(mainly for his outstanding voice performance in Metal Gear Solid 4)

Patrick Steward

By a little gap. There are a large amount of great voice actors it's really unfair to thoughs who fit their character so well you don't notice them.

Patrick Steward wins because he has such a great voice.

Yuuichi Nakamura. Known for voicing Hazama from Blazblue, Tomoya Okazaki from Clannad, Graham Aker in Gundam 00 and Greed in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

Seriously, the man's voicework is astonishing.

Got to be Steve Blum.

From his Oghren ("Thunderhumper!") to the incredible Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop. But most of all, for Vincent Valentine and making me turn into a squeeing pile of jelly with every word he uttered. It's like Spike's voice but... more so. Yowza.

Though an honourable mention here has to go to Steve Valentine as well for Alistair in DA:O. The way he worked that was nothing less than amazing. I think the "Maker's breath..." line was singularly responsible for the conversion of millions of fangirls.

And Jennifer Hale too, her Shepard was wonderfully believeable.

I'm gonna take the dangerous line and say Willa Holland in KH: BBS was perfect for the role. Disagree as you will.

Also Haley Joel Osment in the same game was staggering
