Theres a few possibilities. 95's TIE FIGHTER was probably the best flight sim of all time, 14 years later no flight sim has drawn me in like it did. D00M continues to be awsome, with the controls now perfected now that they have been ported to the 360, I just didn't like the way my fingers had to stretch to make it work. Then there is the first command and conquer, having been one of the first relevant rts games and still a functional experience in this day and age. I can't decide between the three of them.

Hm...I'm gonna go with all the old sonics up to the Sonic Adventures.

EDIT: No wait, the Raiden Fighters series
EDIT Again: No wait, Maybe KOF'98
Edit Thrice: No wait, Mark of the Wolves
Edit Final: No wait, the Wipeout series...or was it F-Zero X?

...Gah, this is too hard!

Majora's Mask.

In the past two months I was bored and played Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, Majora's Mask, and Ocarina of Time.

Majora's Mask was my favorite.

Def Jam: Fight For NY

Pretty much the best wrestler/brawler/fighter ever released on the PS2 or any console.

Also Jet Moto and Battle Arena Toshinden.

Chrono Trigger. Well, I would hardly consider it outdated. It's about as timeless as The Beatles.

Empires: Dawn Of The Modern World is really fun, and a game that I feel no one knows about except for me and my friends. When we LAN with it in the WWII age, our games last 5 hours minimum. Its awesome.

When they released it on XBLA, I giggled uncontrollably for ten minutes, then spent the next three hours in pure bliss.

Planescape Torment

With Unreal coming in as a close second.

Oh, and Shogo: Mobile Armor Division in third.
