Maybe that sounds like an oxymoron Most adverts are a pain in the ass - not by themselves but collectively. There are just too damn many of them every day.

But I'm sure we've all seen a precious few that make us burst out laughing again and again, or send shivers down our spines from amazement.

So ladies and gents, and is your favorite ad? It can be advertising anything at all.

For me, it has to be Bioshock Infinites Beast of America;

Well, lets see. I like The Michael Bay Verizon Commercial:


Apparently, he completely understands what people think about him, and he just doesn't give a damn, and will even lampshade the stereotypes.

But my All Time Favorites are the series of 2013 Dodge Dart commercials.

It makes a commercial that is actually entertaining and will keep your attention......and that's how you sell stuff.

Can't find it, but there's a wonderful Ikea commercial where an old lady looks at her Ikea receipt and begins trotting through the parking lot, howling "START THE CAR!" Complete with a war whoop as they "escape".

Otherwise... Poo-Pourri. Seeing a pretty lady in a dress smirk as she casually mentions "the creamy behemoth that birthed from my cavernous bowels" is... an experience.

Lost Odyssey. I cannot hear White Rabbit without thinking of Lost Odyssey.
It is also such a cool relic from a different era of games. A traditional Turn Based JRPG, an Xbox 360 exclusive, that was advertised on TV with a licensed song. And it works, before I even knew anything about the game this trailer made me want it so bad. And it is a really good game that was done justice by its trailer.

I didn't like the PS3, but they had some good commercials....I mean after the first weird ones with creepy baby dolls. The one with that PR guy.

Also the snickers commercials "You're not you when you're hungry". I liked the one with Roseanne. "Now my front hurts" xD

Relatively ancient Nike ad (one of the players featured is retired). Excellent camera work and phenomenal choice of music (Promentory by Trevor Jones from 'The Last of the Mohicans').
