Killy - Blame! (Yes, there's an OVA out there, pain to find and doesn't make much sense. BUT! It exists, I've watched it [as much as I'd prefer to forget it... seriously, it makes less sense then the manga!])

So that's who you were cosplaying as! Personally, when I was a child I chose role-models that wore more clothing

She does wear more after the first bit of the manga, and after the Christmas episode of the anime adaption. But yeah, she was my hero more based on personality and so on than anything else. The bikini and boots were just cheap late 70's fan service. lol
