Zagi(ToV) He was crazty and hyper, his chracter and fighting style rflect that. Kefka comes to mind as well he's sadistic and doesn't have a sole redeming quailtity. Most of the Assains from No more Heros the Magician guy(full name escapes me) he had stlye and Dr. peace for his bitching song

As a character: Luca Blight from Suikoden II. God, he was just such an asshole. The perfect villain.

As a fight: Giygas (Earthbound/Mother 2)

not really a boss fight but the final scene in cod4, i got great pleasure out of totaly annihilating the guy.
Also all bossfights in lost planet because it kinda brought back the old school bosses

and Saren as a charater

Fight - Metal Gear Ray/Meta Ridley

Character - Not sure on this one.

Character - Ocelot/Liquid Ocelot. Especially in MGS 3, I love that hand move he does, pure awesomeness.

Fight - The Metal Gear fight in MGS 4. The sniper fight against The End in MGS 3 was also very fun and unique.

But for character it can only be GLaDOS from Portal :3

character: i dont really know if this counts, but the jackal from far cry 2, he jsut seemed so cool and yet so fucking cold!

fight: the battle between the metal gear rex and metal gear ray. that was cool.

I love fighting Ganondorf for the final time in LoZ: Wind Waker. Not only was it about time that he used a sword in the series but he had two of them.

For fight... harder. I'll have to go with the first boss in Super Mario Galaxy, whatever his name is. I tried everything I could possibly figure out until I realized you were actually supposed to run up his leg, and man was it awesome!
