For me, probably Dr. Mario from Super Smash Brothers Melee. He's a slightly upgraded version of Mario. Plus I can run around yelling "Trust me I'm a Doctor!" then punch them. Spectators find it amusing and my opponents find it infuriating.

Dragon's Crown, The Amazon.
A seriously fun character with huge offense, finesse defense in parry and a monstrous air combo that grows with each dodge unlock. Possibly the most interesting true-solo character in the game, if playing that way is up your alley.

EDIT: And I suppose my staples in DOTA2 should be mentioned.
Enchantress: The best minute-zero kill potential in the game, in my opinion. Dual roaming with a Nyx and/or offensive jungling are my favourite ways to play DOTA2.
Vengeful Spirit: Getting that critical SWAPSIES makes you feel like you made the whole match.
Crystal Maiden: I'm not even going to get started, because I could write several paragraphs about why I love Crystal Maiden.

I`ve always liked fast, agile, rogue-ish characters in fighting games, most of the time being fast characters means that they are also very squishy. I used to play and loved the rogue class in WOW back in TBC and WOTLK, sneaking, sprinting, dodging, preparing for a kill and trying not to mess something up cuz otherwise you`d get crushed...good stuff. I never gotten into MOBA games, I tryed LOL and I still have DOTA 2 on PC but dunno, they don't seem that appealing to me, even though the characters are great and still think they would`ve been much better in an action hack'n'slash rpg.
I love fighting games and most of the time I go for the fast moving, sprinting, double jumping characters; some of my favourites would be:
- Chipp Zanuf from Guilty Gear series;
- Noel and Tsubaki in Blazblue series;
- Valentine and Filia in Skullgirls;
- Juri in SSF4 was the only reason I played that game, I'm not a big fan of the series.

In BlazBlue it would be Noel Vermillion, though I also have a fondness for Mu-12 (absolutely no relation there). Noel is just a lot of fun to play as with her incredibly fast and harder-to-disrupt fighting style, and her moves are easily the coolest to watch. Not to mention, her combos are a lot of fun and some of the most impressive to watch. Mu-12 is just a character I like to use when trolling someone and wanting to get back at them for a previous defeat.

In Smash Bros. Melee, I enjoyed Fox and Mario a lot. Fox was incredibly fast and agile, and I at times could even get by without having to block because I timed his jumps to certain characters' moves well enough that it was more advantageous to jump around and counterattack them (rare, but still can be used). Mario was just fun to pull combos off with. In Brawl, this changed to Zelda, largely because of I enjoy her magic moves and balance between power and speed, and Toon Link for the same reasons I enjoyed Fox in Melee.

In Mortal Kombat, it would be Scarlet, just because I like all of her blood-based attacks.

In UMVC3, I enjoy play as X-23 the most because she has all the fun of Wolverine without any of his annoyances (such as excessive spamming). Virgil is also fun, if for no other reason than the fact that he is too fast for most characters to keep up with.

Eddy Gordo from the Tekken games is always a winner for me, mostly because it introduced me to capoeira which is just stunning to watch (maybe one day I'll be able to do a little myself) and because he was always the most fun character to play with, with some of the coolest moves once you worked out to do them.

I will always have a weakness for the Kensai/Mage dual class from Baldur's Gate 2. Arguably one of the most powerful, if not THE most powerful, class in the game.

For non-initiated, dual classing is something humans in BG can do and it consists of starting of with your characer leveling up as one class and at some point in the adventure you restart from level one as another one. When you hit the same level with the new class as you were with the previous class you regain all the skills from first one effectively having two classes, though you will only keep on leveling the second one.

Now what makes this particular combo so powerful is that mages in BG can't wear armour (or they can't cast spells whilst wearing armour, which basically makes them useless anyway) and kensai are a warrior class that doesn't wear armour either but gets a bunch of attack and armour bonuses to balance it. Additionally it also balances out the weaknesses, mages biggest flaw is their low armour and hp which means that when they run out of protection spells they're toast. Throw in 9 levels of kensai (the best time imo to dual class this particular combo is at lvl 9 imo) and you have a dual sword weilding beast capable of standing up to most anyone in a straight fight. Warriors on the other hand, while they have the most health and best weapon skills, that's pretty much all they have going for them. Pair that up with some especially nasty magic however, and you can make mincemeat out of anyone before they even get a chance to move. (Literally,cast speed, time stop and then let the slicing and dicing feast begin!)

So all the perks from an offensive based warrior paired with all the perks of being a spellcaster basically makes you into a Samurai wizard capable of both throwing it down in a fight and matching any arcane opponent, this makes this one tasty cookie.

Xiaoyu in the Tekken series is incredibly fun to play when you figure out her moves. You can do lots of really quick evasive maneuvers and quick strikes. But unlike some other characters it doesn't feel cheap. You actually feel like you're intelligently using your skills to dance around your opponent and wear them down with weak but fast hits, rather than just mindlessly mashing buttons.

Well obviously.

D-D-D-DEMACIA!

Step aside Garen. The real badass has arrived. A man so manly that when he leaps into battle the impact rends the very earth around him.

Weirdly I end up playing all the squishy girls in fighting games. Mu-12 is the best right now. I once beat fucking Tager with her online. Like who manages to beat a good Tager really? Better yet it was a double perfect because fuck you. Get back you scum!

I then picked up Peacock in SG, y'know the most obnoxious keepaway character I have ever seen? The 20+ seconds easy reset combos every single motherfucking person online has. Solution? They can't combo me if they're cowering in fear on the other side of the screen.

You brought this on yourself SG community.
