Honestly, the most memorable for me are the skeletons from dagger fall

Why? Because their scream that they would do if your anywhere near them would make me piss my pants. Especially when I played it the first time and had no idea what was making that horrifing sound.

I love the spherical robots with a lance and shield found in Dwemer ruins in Morrowind. Thought they looked cool. Morrowind's Dreugh's are also really cool though.
