But most of you know how, and I want to see your favorite cutscenes or game trailers, pre-rendered or otherwise and why you like them so much!

This is the best trailer ever witnessed for anything. It just succeeds, end of.

As for my favourite cutscene?

Hmm... Several offerings this time...

Firstly we have another Halo: Reach offering:

This is a beautiful cutscene on many levels - the music, the view, the Hungarian prayer Jorge utters as he leaps across the void, which really brings home how close Reach is to his heart... It's all awesome.

The next one is from Halo 3 (this'll be the last Halo one, I promise):

It's the best quality I could find, which unfortunately isn't saying much. Anyway, I like this cutscene because it's cool. Just... cool.

Sovereign is the coolest villain in video gaming, and this excellent cutscene shows off why. You can practically feel the awesome emanating from your computer monitor.

The Warcraft 3 Cinematic where Grom Hellscream died was utterly unforgettable: Blizzard managed to make me cry over the death of an Orc. Nothing else has ever made me do that.

I don't even like the Halo games, but the Halo 3 "Believe" campaign was incredible.
