"Real" fight: I dont know. I havent seen alot of movies with a lot of fighting to pick. Probably the Transporter fights or the final fight between Green Goblin and Spiderman in Spiderman (the first one).

The warehouse fight from Kick-Ass is amazing. One of the best fights ever. The Crazy 88 fight from Kill Bill is also awesome.
