I love this fight, Naruto was the first big manga I got into and Lee/Gai are my role models. No fight has ever made me cheer/weep more, the animations great too (I know 3D backgrounds cheating abit but it makes the movements so clean).

This fight just rocks.

My favourite fights would either be:

this:
this:
this: or this:

Admittedly from a sporting point of view, one sided beatdowns aren't as 'good' as a close fought battle, but it's not like the beatees in any of those fights were poor fighters, they were just outclassed.

However, my favourite fictional fight would have to be the climax from The Mystery of Chessboxing:

It may be made up, by the choreography and athleticism is amazing, plus the sound effects and dubbed voice track make it more entertaining than the most hilarious beatdown or close fought battle in MMA history.

Well theres the fight between Achilles(Brad Pitt) and Hector (Eric Bana) in the move TROY

then theres Azula and Zuko's final fight in the finale of Avatar.

And the last fight between the two in Never Back Down.

Among the best was in Ring of Steel (a swordfighting movie from 1994), the fight between the comic relief character and the hero. I really wish I could find that clip.

One fight that's always been a guilty pleasure for me is from Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue when the Titanium Ranger takes on the rest of the rangers for the first time. Mostly because of the Titanium Ranger hamming it up throughout the whole fight.

Ip Man. 10 vs 1.

If anyone can suggest something that tops this pinnacle of storytelling-through-Martial-Arts, then I'd genuinely like to hear it.
Agreed, it's my current fave.

I've not got one but I think I'll go with this one.
(I can't see how to embed these. They're not on Youtube. If anyone can help please tell me.)

Red Vs Blue. The fight scenes are amazing.

Tex Vs Meta and Washington

Freelancer Agents vs Enemy Soldiers

There are many other in Red Vs Blue but these are my favorites. I can't choose between them.

I feel I should give an example though so I'll give you the fight scenes from the first 4 episodes of Red vs Blue that were posted on Youtube.

Thank me later.
Have you seen Dead Fantasy by Monty Oum? I know he's been working on Red vs Blue. He might be the primary person right now, I'm not sure. I know he hasn't been able to release any new Dead Fantasy episodes as a result, which is a real shame. So far there have only been five released, though I think he still plans to do more, but no one was paying him to make those, so I can understand that much.

Anyway, watch these.

Can someone pay this man to complete this series?
Oh. And you can thank me later.

Zuko vs Azula from Avatar (The one without Smurfs, that is). Absolutely perfect.
You mean the fight in the finale, right? Yeah that was a great one. Two extremely powerful firebenders giving it their all when their powers were exponentially stronger. And that show had some great fights all around.

Gotta agree on Ip Man 10 vs 1 - equal parts beauty and brutality, it's breathtaking.

I've got a few other sentimental favourites though, like the warehouse scene from Rumble In The Bronx. As far as gunfights go, for my money it's hard to go past the assault-rifles-in-the-street sequence after the bank heist from Heat.
