Sure, you don't know a damn thing about her until you find her, but I've always liked Dom, so I guess him worrying made me worry, though some kind of osmosis or something. And then when you find her (or rather, what's left of her), and Dom is borderline freaking out, I didn't cry or anything, but in the back of my mind, I was just thinking "...Well, DAMN."

Also, if you don't mind my asking, if you didn't care for the story at all, why would you come back into this thread to continue to hear about things you didn't care for?

I fixed that quote for ya. For me, its not a funny quote, more like a sad quote. I still can't get that Maria thing outta my mind. I actually cried. It was that sad. I almost never cry in a game. But I couldn't stop after Dom realized Maria was braindead.

Gears 2 had a terribly shitty plot. No emotional response what-so-ever. And I cried in fucking Fable 2. I cried in Lost Odyssey. Heck, if its remotely sad, I'll cry.
