I had forgotten about this gem until recently, and that's why I made this topic:


And if it were at all comprehensible, I'd use it every day of my life! Sadly, I lack the verbal fortitude and Scottish wit to do so. Ah well, I can still marvel at its glory.

This isn't so much an insult as it is a declaration of abject hatred, but I've always loved the line "may you be fed molten gold in hell until your belly and throat burn into ashes!" I can't think of a line that more fully shows one character's complete abhorrence for another.

Anyway, that line is from a mystery series called Brother Cadfael that I used to watch on PBS when I was little.
