You're no daisy! You're no daisy at all. Poor soul, you were just too high strung.

- Tombstone
"I'll be your huckleberry."
Also...
"You're so drunk you're probably seeing doubles"
"That's why I brought two guns...one for each of you"

Edit: Double post by accident please ignore this

Edit(take two): Oh well here is another good line "I find your lack of faith disturbing."
don't worry everyone is sort of double posting because of the escapist being laggy i think

''frankly my dear i don't give a damn''
Or the Simpsons' version, "frankly my dear..I love you let's get married"

o.o in the movie?
Kind of obscure, in one episode granpa and the others in the old-folks home are watching Gone with the wind, but to make the ending easier for them, the staff edit it so he says "frankly my dear..I love you let's get married". It's not a quote from a film, but it's a funny twist on a quote from a film.

IT'S A TRAP!

Oh Admiral Ackbar, you will never cease to ammuse me.
(on an unrelated note has anyone else noticed that if you change the letters around in Barack you get Ackbar?)
The best line from that whole series.

My personal favourites:
'Some motherf*ckers're always trying to ice skate uphill' from the film Blade.
Or,
'Yippee-kai-ay, motherf*cker!' (when said by Alan Rickman) from Die Hard

R Lee Ermy:Texas! They only got two things in Texas Steers and queers. I dont see any horns. so what does that make you?
Soldier:Queer sir.
R Lee Ermy:Do you suck dick boy?
Soldier:Sir no Sir.
R Lee Ermy:Don't lie you look like you could suck a golf ball through a garden hose!

-R Lee Ermy in Full Metal Jacket

His part in this movie is so great because they did not give him lines they gave the actors there lines and told him to act how he would when he was a Drill Sergent.
