As per the title, what your favorite powers possessed by monsters? Mine is hyper-evolution (you thought I was going to say Godzilla's atomic breath didn't you?)

Hyper-evolution is evolution on fucking ultra steroids. Where normal evolution takes generations, a monster with this power does it on the fly as it encounters obstacles. Small caliber weapon? Evolve skin to block it. Fire? Evolve way to put it out. Poison? Evolve immunity. Current weapons not cutting it? Evolve better ones. Drowning? Evolve gills, while you're drowning. Sound cool? It would be, if not for the fact I have never seen it used well.

I´m gonna go with horror monster superpowers.

You know, off screen teleportation, usually some form of undeath or nigh-invulnerability. A juggernaut with some psychic ability, I just love it.

I've got to go with Freddy Krueger's ability to stalk, hurt, and kill victims in their sleep.

It was such an amazing ability when the character was first introduced and it made everyone incredibly fearful to go to sleep, as it could have been the eternal dirt nap we all dread.

SCP-682 [http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-682], which has evolved to survive reality benders attempts to destroy or wish is out of existence.

I'm always partial to the 'This Cannot Be' monsters - the one's who's very existence breaks the minds of those who learn of it or see it. Lovecraftian all the way!

Metroids.

They freak the fuck outta me, but there's something about being able to leech the life energy from any living thing and still have the ability to evolve and adapt to become more diverse, and subsequently more dangerous, creatures that I respect.

And still freak the hell out about.

If Stands count as monsters, this one would be pretty cool:

Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap allows different parallel worlds/dimensions to co-exist at the same time and/or in the same place. It also allows its user to visit these parallel worlds/dimensions and interact with them. Valentine travels by being closed between two objects, shown first by the use of a door against a wall. Liquid materials such as water count as objects as well, and even dust or steam.

Valentine can also pull other people to other dimensions by forcing them between two objects. Valentine usually performs the latter by slamming a door on them while they are backed against a wall. However, as no two versions of the same person can co-exist in the same dimension, one of them will have to go back into their own. If not, and if they get too close to one another, both will crumble, splitting into Menger sponges before obliteration. This rule does not apply to Valentine himself.

If Funny Valentine becomes injured, he can hop into another dimension and move his consciousness to the body of that dimension's Funny Valentine[citation needed], thus nullifying all his wounds. This ability makes him nigh invincible, since the only way to truly defeat him is to kill him with one blow. Furthermore, he can summon any number of alternate selves to a target dimension in order to outnumber his opponents. These Valentines do not have D4C's of their own however, this Stand seemingly being wholly unique to the 'Root World', the single universe where the Corpse resides.
