Mine would have to be "Sleepaway Camp" an 80's movie with a production value of about $25,000. It was one in a legion of cheap horror flicks. But I have a personal connection to it because we bonded over it at my camp, which yes I know is ironic; we even considered Angela, the main psychopath of the film to be an unofficial camper. also it manages to stand out because of the most unexpected twist endings in film history

also if anyone answers with "Snakes on a Plane", they have clearly not been watching enough 80's slasher films

Revenge of the Killer Tomatoes.
So, so bad, yet so good.
Also it features George Clooney as the teenage best friend of the main character trying to get laid. That alone makes the movie worth a view.

I'm tempted to say Mega Shark Vs. Giant Octopus, but that went past the "so bad it's good territory", swiftly falling into the "so bad that it's not even funny" category.

Star Crash.

A 1979 Star Wars knockoff with David Hasselhoff, the special effects budget was about $50,000 and produced such wonders as the color-changing lightsabers and three minutes of repeating the same three shots of ships flying through space.

But the most ridiculous part about it is, of course,
[HEADING=1]IT HAS DAVID HASSELHOFF.[/HEADING]

It's one the worst movies I have ever seen. But since I watched it with a friend it was hilarious because we kept making fun of it.

But I'm sure watching the movie alone would have been far more painful.

Fifth Element or judge dredd. I am leaning to the judge because I still believe fifth element to be the best sci fi movie ever made (so not at all bad).

Major Payne. God damn I love that movie, no matter how horribly written or acted it was. Heh, heh, heh.
I liked this movie too, and it was better since it was in Spanish so it was funny hearing Mexicans doing voice-overs for white people and a black man

I love Fifth Element but my fave that could be considered bad would have to be Demolition Man. All the moments when Sandra Bullock misuses phrases and the best was the 7 year old telling off a news reporter.

Black Sheep.

If you haven't heard of it you should go to youtube and find the trailer. It's literally a movie about genetically altered sheep that begin attacking people and turning them into zombie sheep-human hybrids. It made for a laugh filled night.

Street Fighter.

You wish me to explain? Perfectly fine. I only need two words to explain this choice:

"GAME. OVER!"
