He's a nerd, he's not particularly badass and he's nervous as hell throughout most of the movie.

He's a bit more awesome, being a chemical expert and defusing bombs, but still.

The guy in a Plane about to drop a thermobaric bomb on the island during the re-make of The Wickerman. That would be a twist and it happens at about 30 seconds into the film.

In the original Wickerman I would be Christopher Lee, Lord Summerisle, though this would possibly ruin the film having a 5' 6" Northerner play the part that and I look awful in a dress!
