Avatar: The Last Air Bender is one of my favorite series ever. I can't think of any other Nickelodeon cartoons that are even remotely good.

Cartoon: definitely Spongebob (with Fairly Odd Parents as a runner-up).
Non-cartoon: Kenan & Kel. I must've seen every episode 50 times when I was a wee lad.

I didn't get Nickelodeon for a long time, and when I did it was mostly live-action shows other than Spongebob. For whatever reason, I've always hated live-action children's shows, so Spongebob gets my vote, since it was basically all I watched on that channel. Fairly Odd Parents was pretty good too, though.
