Now, throughout our lives we've all seen that one movie that touched us in a special place.
If it was an movie that included animation, chances are that it probably a Disney movie.

But making a thread about Disney movies would be too obvious and cliched, so i think i'll take another approach to this topic.

What i want from everyone that participates in this thread, is one of their favorite animated movies. But it CANNOT be a Disney movie. Let it be from some other major animation company, or maybe even anime. Just nothing from the Disney company. That shouldn't be too hard right?

UP, by Pixar.

If not Pixar then "Spirited Away".

Though "Fritz the Cat" holds a special part in my heart.

Transformers 1986 movie. One big advertisement for the new toys but man that movie was sweet.
You got the TOUCH!

Ghost in the Shell for me, particularly the second one Innocence.
You got the POWER!

Titan A.E. The animation is beautiful and the plot is good, although it seems dumbed down on purpose at times which makes me sad.

The Prince of Egypt, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, and The Iron Giant.

Great voice acting, great scores, great stories. I love those movies so much.

Though, for the record, the only Disney animated movies I really liked were Fantasia and Fantasia 2000.

Well, since The Brave Little Toaster is Disney, I suppose I'll go with The Iron Giant.
Haven't seen either of those movies in forever, but both of them are oh so fantastic.

Oh yeah I alway's Howl with laughter when everyone is turning into blob's of orange gloop and that cheerful music in the background beautiful. Or am I thinking of death and rebirth?
