Who just happens to be excessively violent, self-important and highly concerned for Diziet's physical safety but not her peace of mind.
Considering the Culture is capable of weaponising the energy contained in the very fabric of space-time and not only has the ability to create megawatt-class plasma-spewing handguns capable of annihilating cities but they are considered underpowered for any serious use and are in fact viewed as pea-shooters, an excessively violent combat oriented drone (that happens to have a superhumanly intelligent AI as a controller) is not to be taken lightly....
