Riolu and Lucario

Octillery and Macargo.
Octillery is my favorite Pokemon, because he is an octopus that fires laser beams out of his mouth. As for Macargo....I've always just liked him. And yes, he is terrible. Doomed from the start due to his type combination.

Jolteon. Hands down, my favorite pokemon to use, and the reason I could beat Mewtwo in Pokemon Stadium.
So do I, for that matter. He looks awesome, has a cool type combination, and I kick ass with him in Smash Brothers.

Vulpix is cuteness concentrated into Pocket Monster form. Can't go past that. Don't know if it's 'popular' or not, since I haven't followed Pokemon in forever. I assume it is, because...well...JUST LOOK AT IT!

Sentret-Route 202 using Poke'radar during the swarm. (Do you know what that is?)
Relicanth-Route 226 with a Super Rod, there is a 5% chance of getting one. :/
Porygon-The Poke'mon Mansion but only on the day the owner says that he has porygon in his garden.
Mantyke-Surf in the water above Sunnyshore city, you will be there for a while they're pretty rare.
Slugma/Macargo-Stark Mountain, if you have the National Poke'dex.
Duskull-Route 224 using Poke'radar but they are VERY VERY RARE so you'll have to be patient.
The others you must have another version of and transfer/trade them to your new one so you can't get those.
