Your Favorite One-Shot Villain in Doctor Who.

The Haemovores from the Curse of Fenric had a pretty interesting look, it would be nice to see them used again.

A worse villain would be the out-of-nowhere Darth Sidious bloke from the end of the cube episode. He literally didn't need to be there for that episode to work, that's how badly they failed with him.

Yeah. Forgot what the episode was called, and also what the villain was, he was that forgettable. Also, I'm one of those scrubs whose only watched the new series.

Speaking of which, I want to amend my pick for best one-shot villain to the Midnight monster. That thing was easily the creepiest entity in the series, making even the pre-Manhattan Weeping Angels look like a bunch of literal clowns. I love the restraint they showed with it, since they've never gone back and tried to explain what it was, or what it looked like.

Oooh, yeah, that was a nice one. I'll let that have my second place for best villain. And lik eyou, I haven't watched the old series, so there might be some great ones there I haven't seen.

Least Favorite: another tie between the Asorbaloff and the spider thing from Donna's first episode.
