Lord of the Rings: The Third Age

This was suprisngly pretty badass. Especialy the Helms Deep level!
So this for me and FFX

Aren't they the same game. That's what Third Age felt like.

For me, it has to be Disgaea. I don't think anything could top the story from that. The gameplay was pretty badass too.

In other news, my fave PS2 RPG's would probably be Champions of Norrath, followed closely by the original 4 .Hacks. After that, Final Fantasy X-2 (yes, a big part of that is Rikku, don't judge!)

I'm gonna go ahead and name my favourite which none of you have heard of;

Wizardry: Tale of the Forsaken Land.

It's not exactly the prettiest, but the atmosphere and plot are fantastic. It also has an excellent combat system relying on a party of four who cooperate to execute various tactical moves gained through trust.

It is an amazing game if you can get hold of it, and stick with it.

Suikoden 3 is the one for me (yes I planned the rhyme)
But other than that it would be a tie between .Hack and .Hack G.U
I liked the combat for G.U better but I thought that the original had a better story

...Am I the only who likes or at the very least tolerate the guy?
Besides P4 doesn't have yukari.

So far, I actually like the entire cast of P4, bar Yukiko. I only cared for Aigis and Koromaru in P3P. I'd be lying if I said this wasn't the first time I've heard criticisms of Yosuke at all.

OT: Persona 4 unquestionably. I enjoyed that game to the nth degree.

Persona 4. But then again, it's the only RPG I own on the PS2, so there isn't much choice.

For me anything with the tag line Shin Megami Tensei deserves it, and Xenosaga III. And just to gloat I've spend 400 hours playing Persona 4, and it was some of the best time I've ever wasted.

Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2. Gorgeous gameplay, interesting setting. I want to meet the guy who decided Disney and Final Fantasy would mix, because he's a genius.
