I'm not sure about favorite, but it is definitely stuck in my head at the moment:

How high do you have to be to come up with something like that!?!

I have noticed a severe lack of Nine Inch Nails in this thread.
If you'd have talked to me a year ago I'd definitely have picked one of their songs. I've simply heard them too much now, it's a little old for me. I still love them though.

I'd have to pick this:
Good lord that's awesome.

I agree with you, that stuff is hard to stop listening to. I am completely in love with Into the Electric Castle. It's just incredible from start to finish.

Also Allen-Lande. Awesome:

Dude, you NEED to list a shit-ton of industrial bands like this and NIN. I would love you for it.

I never really thought of Periphery being industrial, but now that you mention it they do have that element to their sound.

Bands like Periphery (prog metal): Haunted Shores, Mnemic (that's actually industrial metal), TesseracT, Monuments, Fellsilent, SkiTh, Meshuggah, Textures, Cloudkicker, Chimp Spanner, Animals as Leaders, the works of Devin Townsend

Bands like Nine Inch Nails (industrial): How to Destroy Angels, Skinny Puppy, Marylin Manson, KMFDM (listening to their new album right now; I have to say it's pretty awesome), Fear Factory, Front Line Assembly, SAM, Combichrist, Mindless Self Indulgence (kinda)

I hope that helps, I probably listed some stuff you already know.

20+ Minutes of musical brilliance.
This is also good, though, although I prefer 2112 Overture/The Temples of Syrinx.
