What are some of your favorite songs from video games.


You can pick a song with or without lyrics, and I would advice against using a song that has just been featured in a game but is not from one, but if you must, you can use those too.

Hong Kong Market theme from Deus Ex. Really stands out the first time you get out of that helibase. It really captures the essence of Hong Kong as a bustling city, and makes it sound distinctly Asian but not stereotypical. It also reminds you that you should haul some ass and do a lot of talking and searching if you don't want to die (story-wise, the game isn't on a timer).

Planescape Torment main theme - most of the other songs in the game revolve around this theme
