a running gag in the SRW series is that TROMBE overrides almost all the other BGM's in the game whenever elzam appears (the one exception being an enemy boss who plays classical music ('on the beautiful blue danube' if want to know) through massive speakers on the side of his battleship), it stems from a glitch in the very first game when even though elzam switches to your side his theme tune remained set as boss BGM rather than supporting character bgm, giving it first priority, as a result his theme would always play over everyone elses when elzam appeared
