This has probably been done before, but I wanted to get an updated onpinion from you guys.
My current favorite has to be Rogue, mostly because I've been watching X-Men Evolution on youtube. And yes, this show is also the reason why I made this thread. Kids show or not, it's awesome!

My favorite superhero would have to be Batman. Moreso because he fights the Riddler who, in my opinion, is the single greatest villain ever. It's one thing to be a bat-shit insane criminal, its another to be completely sane at the same time to the point of ridiculous intelligence.

You know that most most ingenious people devellop very complex mental disorders right?

And batman isn't a superhero, he's a hero. He has no powers. No I'm not flaming, just my opinion

I've always had a soft spot for Spiderman - on the whole, he's definitely my favourite hero.

BATMAN!

Because he is a non-nonsense kick someone in the fact kind of guy. I just can't stand that he - like every other superhero - let's the villain escape from prison, no matter how much it drives a plot.

The point is debatable, but either way he's my favourite.

The Flash

He is awesome and way more powerful than most people think. He can do way more than just run fast. Well, not really, but his ability to harness the Speed Force makes him incredibly powerful.

Superhero...
Mmm...
Do antiheroes count as superheroes?
If not, sorry. I cannot think of any superheroes I have liked.

Superman and Batman.

Ok, thats two and its cheating but these are just two really great characters. Batman is like an Italian Opera and Superman is like Wagner Saga. They're two sides of the same coin. Aristotle and Plato. When handled well (DCAU) these two make for a really interesting pair.

Replying to a really old thread here. I like Green Lantern. Green Lantern is my favorite. I've been waiting two goddamn years for this movie to materialize.

The reason I like the Lantern is just how epic the Lanterns are in the DC Universe. The recent reboot that added the whole light spectrum, plus white and black, just made it more epic.

Some people like Batman cause it's dark and gritty, some like Superman cause he's, well, he's Superman. Green Lantern's playground is the whole universe. It's as big and as complex as the Star Wars EU without all the mediocrity.

I'm traditionally more of a Marvel fan, but lately I've been really into Wonder Woman, particularly Gail Simone's run with the character. I just like how she's a being of infinite compassion with a need to know the truth before acting (hence her being dubbed "The spirit of truth"), always wanting to try a diplomatic solution but she will throw down without fear if the option isn't there. And the things she can achieve with just the spoken word echo the verbal abilities of the Doctor, which just makes her even more appealing to me, heh.

Speaking of Marvel: I'll just leave a nod here for She-Hulk, the original Fourth Wall breaker)

Well, considering he's been considered a reference material for several modern superheroes, I suppose it counts, sorta.

I kinda like Booster Gold, during the periods where he doesn't snap back to his glory-hunting origins.

niether is superman then since he has no superpowers just abilitys native to his species that happen to be different than our own ohh n niether is martian manhunter, green lantern (since he uses a ring aka a gaget like batman), ok well instead of going on n on with a huge list ill just say that if you say a superhero must have super powers than you eliminate a tonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn of heroes in retrospect but thats just my opinion and I like batman but mostly because I admire his less than straight forward approch of sneaking and using tactics rather than running in guns ablaze
