Your Favorite Videogame enemy?

Who is your favorite videogame enemy and why? Is it a minion or a boss?
For me, its gotta be the Henchmen/Women from Timesplitters. I can't think why though.

Rather my favourite enemy in a videogame has to be Glados. She's funny, evil, and value "science" to a whole new level. Also she's scary as hell.

OT:

Love fighting bandits in fantasy RPGs. Mostly because they talk/taunt, and fight at the same time. Zombies don't taunt you, sadly...

GLaDOS is kinda obvious, but she's just so damn funny.

The Wereskag in the Island of Dr. Ned DLC for Borderlands, because it has a sweet hat!

I have a few other favorite enemies and/or bosses but I'm completely blanking on them right now.

On a similar note: The Aperture Turrets.
I do such inhuman things to them (like DROPPING them on their SIDE!) and they.....don't.....even...... blame me.... [*Cries out the guilt]

Gorefasts in Killing Floor. Of all the enemies, they're the perfect blend of being hard to kill and viciously lethal, without feeling at all cheap (unlike the damn spiders and invisible ones)

Looks familiar. I played the GBA version lol. I remember killing 1000 of them to get the unique black version for fun.

What game are they from? They look interesting. I'll bet its a JRPG (love JRPGs )
