If I were Madara, I'd seriously kill Itachi the first chance I got seeing as how he intended on betraying the Akatsuki in the first place, the little weasel...(Hehehe Itachi is japanese for weasel) Besides, there are other ways to get the Mangekyo Sharingan.

Secondly I'd never leave the clan up to Pain seeing as how he was a complete failure especially for turning over sides and recruiting....UGH Orochimaru

Quit gloating about how awesome I am and just kill that blond-haired, buster-swording, bitchy-boy once and for all. Lots of tiny, bloody pieces.

In all fairness the Sephiroth that was around in the beginning of the game was just a few remnants of Jenova, the Original Sephiroth was beat by cloud a few years back but it wasn't until I think disc 2 in the game that Cloud re-awakend the real Sephiroth and then allowed him to be awesome and rejuvenate his power and begin to bring Meteor down to pull out his great plan...

If I was Auric Goldfinger (from the Bond films), instead of having Bond screw Pussy Galore, I would knock him out and encase him in solid gold. And instead of detonating a nuke in Fort Knox, I detonate my nuke in Pussy Galore (bow chicka bow wow).

If I was Lex Luthor, I would stop dicking around with Superman and make a fucking Kryptonite bullet and shoot him so I can do the awesome stuff I plan to do.

If I was Emperor Palpatine, I would have just locked down the senate after beating Yoda. Kill the green shrimp and make it impossible for him to train Luke Skywalker. I also would have made sure to protect that exhaust pipe. with an armoured vent cover or extra shields and I would have had multiple fighter patrols going around the station at all times.

I have no favorite villain so I'll just say Mengsk. I'd gather the entire fleet and send all my units to Mar Sara and kill Raynor. Not so hard eh?
