After Resi 5 it's got to be D.C. Douglas. The way he laughs when you thank someone in versus mode is priceless.

Well. I like Ron Pearlman(if he counts)
But my fav voice actor is probably Phill LaMarr
Anyone deserves a medal if they can voice a Romanian Gay Immortal Vampire effectivley
Oh man, that comment almost made me change my answer to Phil. But John Dimaggio is still my favorite, his voice is just gruff enough to be a tough guy and can change to be very afeminite. Plus he gets my juices flowing.

Wait, did I just admit that? >_>

Tony Jay, may he rest in peace.....
Indeed, Tony Jay was definitely one of my favorite voice actors, along with Simon Templeman [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simon_Templeman] (Vai Victus!).

But my favorite voice actor would have to be a fellow I haven't seen mentioned at all so far in this thread (for shame!), the wonderful Maurice LaMarche [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maurice_LaMarche], who has been in every cartoon ever (that's only minor exaggeration on my part, check out his credits!). How can anyone not love his role as The Brain?

My favorite voice actor would have to be John DiMaggio. He's does the voice for Bender,Randy,Sal and Elzar in Futurama. Also he does the voice for Marcus Fenix is Gears of War. Its amazing how someone can change his voice so much and none of these voices sound like his normal voice.

Cam Clarke, hands down. Aside from the fact that you practically can't get an RPG without him being in it, he's been in the most awesome games ever and played some of the most awesome characters ever. He is the embodiment of, 'Hey, It's That Voice!', and it's fantastic. ...And he was Liquid. I mean, come on.

David Hayter is a close second, for obvious reasons.

Has to be Brian Cox as Visari in the Killzone games. After all the "fuck yeah!" all-American voices in that game, it was nice to hear an evil Brit voice. Also, he's still the best Hannibal Lector.

My favorite voice actor is Kevin Conroy, with special props to Steven Blum and Diedrich Bader.
Reasoning:
Kevin Conroy: He is Batman. Why else?
Steven Blum: He was good as both Zegram Ghart in Rouge Galaxy and(I have to say it.) Vincent Valentine.
Diedrich Bader: Anyone who can successfully say the phrase, "Banana of Justice" and still maintain his composure goes up a couple of notches in my book.

EDIT: For Mr. Blum, how could I forget Spike from Cowboy Bebop?

EDIT the 2nd: Holy carp(yes, I mean "carp")! I completely forgot Ed Asner as Cosgrove!

I'd have to say John Rhys-Davies is one. I know he's not ONLY a VA, but yeah, his voice kicks ass.

I worship that woman's voice.
You mean voiceS, right? It takes talent to be able to do Shepard, Samus, and Bastilla.

I love her!
A few seconds are Armin Shimmerman, Liam Neeson, and Patrick Stewart

Simon Templeman (he is what evil would sound like), and James "Should have played Max in the movie" McCaffrey.
